Hollies Garage update

After 5 years the Fiat Tipo Sedicivalvole 2.0 16V is road legal with APK!!!

I never posted a picture of the finished engine bay on the legacy Turbo!!!

Hardtailed Honda Shadow 600 V-Twin!!  These colors are amazing, blue flakes, black frame and a brushed engine and wheel hubs. It definitely doesn't need a flatbar!

Non-turbo Subaru brakes don't work well with quite an increase of power!! Always trying to fix things by upgrading them!

New summer wheels 17 inch standard WRX rims, looks awesome!

Rustbusters!!

The Subaru had some rust in the corner of the wheel arch. There wasn't much left + the anoying fact that it won't stop eating my car! We had to fix it and my wish was not to use to much epoxy plaster.

Think we did a good job!

Cut all the rust away with the grinder! Testfit the new plate;

Extand the plate with a part of the wheel arch and the bottom part wich holds the bumper!

Since the sheet metal is quite thin it was hard to weld it without going through! Then the sanding starts!!

Protect the blanc metal with zinc spray and good old Owatrol on harder to reach places.
Then put on the epoxy primer and sand it down to a flat service. I used primer paint to protect it for now.

Whole car needs to be respayed due to scratches and different colored parts.

Like new !! :-)

Update! Slow but steady!

Hardtail all the way! The latest custom Shadow project from Hollies Garage.
Black frame, white walls, white grips, white seat, tank green with flakes, great ideas with a nice color scheme.

Hollies Garage Custom Honda Shadow

The first custom chopper project is nearing completion. It needs a new gas cable, a small rear fender, some paint and new sparkplugs. That's about it. Oh and the exhausts are way too loud, but loud pipes save lives!!

Only the cops cannot apreciate a nice sound. Soon Hollies wil take it out for a test ride.  

Hollies Garage now has an English Wheel too, I heard another project was allready on the way. 

Something with a hardtail and home fabricated fenders!!  In the meantime we'll continu watching Jesse James video's on youtube. We're big fans of "The Pope of Welding"
